Why Do We Offer Flat Rate Pricing?
Affordable Estate Planning started after we tried to get our own trust and were told it would $500 to talk to someone to see if we even liked them and another $5,000 to $10,000 to make the trust. All of that seemed completely unaffordable for most people. That's when we thought we could make getting a will, trust, power of attorney, deeds, probate, etc. affordable by offering flat rate prices that you are told upfront.
No one wants a surprise bill or to have to pay to see if the attorney they meet with is even right for them and after many horror stories from clients, we know we're on the right track.
Affordable Estate Planning offers the following:
Flat rates, so you know the price before you fill out the forms
Free consultations, so you can see if we're a fit for you
Affordable prices for wills and trusts that costs less than most probates
Probates that are not a percentage of your estate, but a flat fee based on the work that will be accomplished
Deeds that are included and you only pay the exact cost for the county recorder, no additional fees
We want everyone to be educated on the importance of having a will and trust, and that means transparency and fair pricing that does not nickel and dime you. Every client knows what is included in our services, how much it will cost, and why you need it, so you can make an informed decision.
