One of the most common things we hear from families is:

"I don't have a complicated estate. Do I really need a plan?"


And honestly, we understand why people ask that question.

A family in Tualatin recently shared something that many people can relate to. Their biggest concern was not about leaving behind a large inheritance. Their concern was their children.

They wanted their kids to know what their wishes were. They wanted someone to know where important information was located. They wanted to make sure their family was not left guessing during an already difficult time or having to go through a lengthy probate process.
