I'm a family man, living in West Linn, OR, with more than 13 years of experience in civil litigation. I value your time and money and want to make sure that you receive the services you need quickly and affordably. I don't believe that attorneys have to be stiff and impersonal. I think it's important to connect with families and get to know them as people, not just as a client I'm doing a service for. I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Nebraska, and Florida. I presently handle estate planning and civil litigation with experience in both Defendant's and Plaintiff's personal injury, business creation and litigation, and contract negotiation. I have experience taking cases through arbitration, mediation, trials, and appeal (when necessary). However, I am most passionate about inexpensive estate planning and protecting your family and legacy.
